Job Description

In this position, as an interface between the business and IT, you will lead projects for the renewal of the software landscape within the Sales and Operations organization. The objective is to facilitate the creation of new business processes. The focus will be efficient creation, handling and management of our customer orders and processes worldwide. This will include the following activities:

  • Project Management of internal projects
  • Maintaining contact with internal departments, regions and countries
  • Detailed descriptions of parts of the process (central and local management, users, departments, …)
  • Creation of test scenarios in line with the specifications and discussion with programmers and users
  • Process documentation
  • Support of the implementation / roll out (including training)

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience is an advantage
  • Experience in Project Management (especially with supporting other team members)
  • Good command of English
  • Structured way of working
  • Interpersonal skills inkl. solid communication skills (listening & verbal skills, relationship building)
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Travelling will be an integral part of this position (~ 20 %)

Additional Information

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 30.330,72 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry). For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
