Job Description

Are you ready to join an international dynamic team?

In this position as a part of the Operations Area Europe team you will cooperate close with our Doka Sales Organizations and manage daily challenges in the area of supply chain.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • You will fulfill material demands as well as regulate the logistics process throughout the supply circle
     
  • You will initiate and support global material exchange (intercompany) & coordinate bottlenecks in supply
     
  • You will be accountable for maintaining a balanced stock and material procurement planning based on business demand
     
  • You will interconnect with Doka Sales Branches, collaborate with other Distributions Centers and the Headquarters to support and optimize supply performance
     
  • You will implement and monitor Doka´s global logistics standards & processes
     
  • You will collaborate on the further development of software-relevant tools

Qualifications

  • commercial education with focus on Logistics or Supply Chain
  • practical experience in Operations or Logistics is an advantage
  • proactive and communicative personality
  • entrepreneurial thinking combined with hands-on mentality
  • personal responsibility and assertiveness
  • dedicated, solution-orientated and stress-resistant & 
    able to handle as trouble shooter under time pressure
  • team player with high degree of service-orientation
  • very good command of German & English (oral and written)
  • IT-affinity with good MS Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • ready for business trips

Additional Information

Place of work is Amstetten, to work partly from Home Office is possible in agreement with your team leader.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 28.418,00 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry). A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
